introduction
Julie Pratt started her own business in 1997 to do two things she loves: facilitating groups and writing. She works with a variety of public and nonprofit organizations on:
- strategic thinking and planning
- workshops and events
- community engagement
- public-friendly research and writing
She frequently collaborates with other facilitators, trainers, graphic designers and videographers, depending on the needs of the project.
Julie holds master’s degrees in creative writing from the University of Southern Maine and social work from the University of Wisconsin. She has been a social work field instructor for West Virginia University and the University of Wisconsin. She has directed two state agencies, helped launch several nonprofits, and served on numerous boards. (Read resume.)
